April 8 – May 13

Cost: $525
Optimist Sailing Classes:
We will offer two Optimist classes for the fall and spring; beginner and intermediate/advanced.
Beginners:
The beginners will learn basic sailing skills and seamanship with a major focus on building confidence out on the water.
Intermediate/Advanced:
The intermediate/advanced sailors will learn more intricate boat handling skills and racing will be introduced. Students in our intermediate/advanced class will be encouraged to join our Opti Race Team.

We have built a new Optimist Race Team that has been competing at local Bay Area regattas this summer in the “Green Fleet”, and will continue into the school year.
